Overview

This Web Annex accompanies the report Gender pay gap in the health and care sector in the WHO European Region: evidence brief. It provides details on the data sources used in the analysis. Specifically, it summarizes the data source, country income group and reference year for the 43 Member States of the WHO European Region for which sufficient data were available for inclusion. Data were obtained from nationally representative labour force surveys, including European Union Statistics on Income and Living Conditions (known as EU-SILC) microdata and equivalent national survey data. This Web Annex is intended to support transparency and the reproducibility and interpretation of the findings presented in the main report.
