WHO Quality of Care and Patient Safety Executive Training Programme Montenegro: training design and implementation report

Overview

This report presents the design and implementation of the WHO Quality of Care and Patient Safety Executive Training Programme in Montenegro. It draws on learning assessments, participant feedback and the review of facility-based quality improvement projects. The findings indicate improvements in knowledge, a high level of participant satisfaction and strong engagement with priority system challenges, while also highlighting areas for further support. The experience of the Training Programme also provides relevant insights for similar initiatives in the WHO European Region.
