Long COVID toolkit for health-care workers

Overview

This toolkit is a comprehensive resource for health-care workers involved in the care and support of people living with long COVID. It provides practical guidance to help health-care workers identify long COVID; provide clinical support and manage symptoms; refer patients to appropriate specialists, rehabilitation services and clinical trials; communicate effectively with patients; and address false information. The toolkit aims to support health-care workers in navigating a complex and evolving condition, where those affected often report being misunderstood, minimized or dismissed, while evidence and approaches to diagnosis, care and rehabilitation also continue to evolve.
